Employee motivation

Structural uncertainties at an automobile group company have drastically compromised the work motivation in the developmental division. Nothing is proceeding correctly anymore because nobody knows what is going to happen in the future.

In this situation, Process One is commissioned to jointly develop solutions with the management personnel of the division in order to springboard the employees back into action from their paralysis. In a two-day workshop, we work with the management personnel of all four levels: From the foreman to the divisional director.

In the centre point lies the question: What can each individual do in his/her area and what can we jointly do in order to increase motivation? The workshop participants become familiar with various motivational systems and examine them for suitability for their system. In so doing, it becomes clear that the task of the management personnel must primarily consist of eliminating motivational barriers and making identification possible.

Corresponding solutions for implementation into everyday corporate life are discussed and determined. Every individual formulates precisely that which he/she wishes to affect in his/her division. In addition, campaigns are supposed to be jointly carried out which increase the identification with the division. In order to ensure the realisation, the management personnel concretely state who of them is responsible for which campaign.
